Packaging / Shipping Tables

RDM Industrial Products, Inc. manufactures packaging and shipping tables in Conroe, Texas: workbenches built around the pack-out job, with overhead shelves for boxes and supplies, roll holders for wrap and paper, lower storage, and tops wide enough to pack, tape and label a shipment in one place. They suit shipping and receiving departments, fulfillment rooms and conveyor lines where one station handles many package sizes.

The standard packaging workbench has a 12 inch height adjustment, 30 to 42 inches, so seated and standing packers share one bench; fixed heights of 30, 34 and 36 inches and a hydraulic lift version with hand crank or electric motor are also available. Standard widths are 48, 60 and 72 inches, depths 30 and 36 inches, and overall height with the upper shelf is 79 inches; upper shelves are 12 to 18 inches deep and adjustable in height. A double-sided pack table serves both sides of a conveyor, and a cabinet model adds an enclosed lower storage cabinet with an overhead roll holder.

Frames are welded tubular steel with a lower crossmember and adjustable leveling feet. Tops include plastic laminate, chemical-resistant, ESD static-control, solid surface, butcher block and stainless steel. Options include casters, label holders, monitor arms, side shelves and full lower shelves. Standard units in quantities of ten or less typically ship in 3 to 4 weeks, fully assembled.
