Stainless Steel Vice Features…

• 304 Stainless Steel, Standard “18/8” – 18% chromium, 8% nickel
• Vise chemically “passivated” using 10% nitric acid plus 2% hydrofluoric acid bath to enhance the development of “passive” oxides
• Ideally suited for food (meat, citrus), beverage (dairy, fruit juices, brewing & wine) and medical industries
• Able to withstand corrosive action of various acids
• Replaceable 303 SS nut prevents galling
• 304SS Main screw has a coarse-pitch thread for fast action
• Equipped with (1) set of 304 SS serrated machinist’s jaws, (1) set of 304 SS smooth machinist’s jaws and (1) set of hard plastic smooth machinist’s jaws
• Stationary base with (2) bolt down points
• Optional swivel base kit converts vise from stationary base mount to swivel base mount (optional up-charge).
• Optional serrated pipe jaw kit converts vise from bench vise to combination pipe & bench vise (optional up-charge).
